Thai Ho is the visionary founder and CEO of Straight Outta Saigon. Established in 2019, Straight Outta Saigon emerged from the transformation of the 24 hour pho spot ‘Twenty Pho Seven’ into a neon-lit, hip-hop infused dining experience. Thai sought to create a space that combined authentic Vietnamese flavours with the energy of 90s hip-hop culture. 

The restaurant's menu features a range of traditional Vietnamese dishes with modern twists, such as pho, banh mi sliders, and caramelised pork belly. Signature cocktails like the Hanoi Highball and Spice Girls exemplify the establishment's creative approach to blending culinary traditions with contemporary flair.
